The staff were friendly, the climate control worked well, the property was okay. We stayed 7 days at Auroom, breakfast was the same every day. The food selection was very small and if you arrive after 9, almost nothing is left. The "cookies" were awful, just the usual package from the shops, sliced, and the fruit was half rotten. Even though the rooms look beautiful and clean in photos, they are very poorly cleaned. The shower area is full of mold, the room is full of dust, nothing is cleaned in detail.

The air conditioning was good, the staff were very nice, we arrived around 24 and even though the reception closed at 22 they still waited for us.

“Perfect for what we needed.”

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check‑in was quick, they helped us with parking for our car, gave clear explanations for everything and provided easy first‑time‑tourist assistance. The elevator is very small, old, and often skips the floor we’re on. But that’s a building issue, not a hotel issue.
