Everything was great: the view, cleanliness, room, location, etc., probably the best hotel in its price range in Tbilisi, and for those who value sleep, the mattresses are truly the best—no premium hotel has impressed me so much with its comfort that my wife and I woke up fully rested after just five hours of sleep; the slippers would have been a nice addition.

The room was huge, with stunning views from both the front and rear balconies, the breakfast was lovely, the staff were great, and the value was amazing; I’d stay here again; the place could use a little TLC and a touch of paint in some areas, but it didn’t bother us at all.

The location is great, right in the old town center with cafés, shops, metro, sulfur baths, and a waterfall nearby. The only downside is the steep hill you have to climb.

The spot is superb, the staff are friendly, the breakfasts are tasty (though they might be the same each day), and the view from the terrace overlooking Kura and old Tbilisi is truly beautiful.
