Every special request was handled smoothly, the mountain views were breathtaking, and the room’s décor and fragrance set a romantic mood. When an early‑morning emergency arose, the team rushed us to the hospital in their own car, showing remarkable empathy. Thanks to Santosh for the stunning room décor, Mili & Gunjan at reception for a warm welcome, seamless check‑in, and ongoing support. The entire staff treated us like family, making our first married trip truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking luxury, heart, and genuine care.
