The front desk team were all very friendly and helpful, and even though the hotel only supplies fresh bath linens every other day, they gladly gave me new ones daily. The breakfast was also excellent. However, the physical state of the hotel was appalling – it was the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. Every carpet was filthy or worn out, the bathroom wallpaper was peeling in several spots, and the white doors facing the corridor were grimy. The property needs to close for a complete overhaul; it is simply unacceptable.
