The stay was wonderful; the staff were very accommodating and friendly, giving us extra info on cheaper places to go and buy. We’d love to return next time and definitely recommend this hostel to others. There’s a kitchen area where we can cook, which keeps our expenses down.

The Bellpark Hostel’s position in the city center is easy to reach on the main road, with car parking available. The bedroom wasn’t well ventilated and there was a stale smell.

From our room we had a 1A view of the Luzerner Hausberg! :D Within a few steps you find various supermarkets, and the city center is easily accessible by several bus lines that depart every minute right in front of the hostel. The cleanliness in our room and bathrooms was okay, nothing remarkable, but the shared kitchen could really use a deep cleaning (and regular upkeep). The staff were helpful, but we weren’t told that the hostel is unmanned until check‑in at 16:00. It would be nice to know this for other travelers like us who hoped for an early check‑in.

Nothing pleased me at all, down to the smallest detail. Nothing, absolutely everything was bad, even the shower was broken and filthy.
