I loved the location of this hotel, but had some issues with check-in, using the elevator, breakfast, and getting online.
The rooms here are modern and spacious, and I think they're a great value for the price.
I was a bit disappointed with the lack of personalized attention and the weird key system for the elevators to access each floor.

Small details that could make the stay much better: the shower water had excellent flow and temperature, but the tap was defective and the bathroom door jammed when opening and closing; these are easy fixes. Otherwise, a very good place.
The check‑in was practical and straightforward, but the housekeeping service was a bit inefficient.
The location was good. I ended up in a room where the living area had no armchairs or TV, and a fridge was oddly placed. The bathroom lacked mirror lighting, drinking glasses, and a toothbrush holder, and there was no hair dryer or luggage rack. Moving in the elevator was a hassle because of the codes they installed. On the bright side, the staff at breakfast and other services were far from bad.
