The staff were super friendly and always ready to help, and the spot was spot-on—right where you want to be. The only hiccup was the airport transfer; it was a bit of a hassle getting from the airport to the hotel.

The place is in a great spot and the breakfast setup was solid. The downside? I could hear the room above me moving around and talking on their phone late at night—probably just a lack of soundproofing, not the staff’s fault.

The hotel’s location near Hamilton was perfect, and the room was huge with a king bed that was a dream. The bathroom and shower were a highlight. Breakfast could use a bit more variety, and the price is on the higher side, but it’s still reasonable compared to other Bermudian options.
