I booked two rooms in July for a September stay: one for two people and a studio for three, but the payment wasn’t collected in advance; when we arrived, the front‑desk lady told us the studio was occupied and she didn’t know why, so the manager offered another room, but eventually the three‑person family had to be accommodated at a different hotel, leaving us disappointed.

The location was perfect and the room was clean, comfortable, and had good views, but parking on the road was an issue; we managed to find a free spot close to the hotel.

The studio had a great vibe and the location was spot on, but the mattresses were a nightmare—would give them a one. Parking was a hassle too.
