I called the day before to confirm the EV charger was working; they said it was, yet the charger I needed was completely non‑functional.

Everything was immaculate, quiet, and beautiful, with excellent staff, free hotel parking even at night, good linens, comfy pillows, a clean pool, and a perfect overall experience; the complimentary shuttle took us to the beach in five minutes, provided towels, beach chairs, and water, all free of charge, and I’m planning to return in two weeks.
