“Best”
The room was spacious and the location convenient, and the staff acted quickly after we lodged a complaint, which was excellent – I’ll definitely stay here again. When we checked in, the cold‑water tap didn’t work, only hot water was available, and even after two technicians came by late afternoon the problem persisted, but the hotel responded well by giving us a new room, although it was uncomfortable to bathe in hot water at first.

The room, facilities, breakfast, and wifi were all good, and there was nothing to add.

The breakfast spread was ordinary but acceptable for the price and location, and the air‑conditioning wasn't very cold, so I hope the hotel maintenance will address that; the shower cream was empty, so I had to bring my own.
The things we like; -location, centered to attractive place, food especially -clean room, 3 star hotel with double queen bed comfortable for 4 of us, bath tub. More than enough. -car park, limited and first come first serve. Luckily we stay on public holiday and just park at the tepi jalan

However, the breakfast options were limited and repetitive. The bathroom fixtures were old and the insulation in the family rooms was poor.
