The rooms are nice and the hotel sits in a great, central spot. The check‑in and response to a special request were ignored, though I did get several emails/messages asking if I wanted to upgrade my room; I’d have preferred a reply to my request. I also couldn’t believe that on day two of my stay I had to revalidate my room key because there were two separate bookings.
