It’s an old hotel that needs a lot of renovation, but that doesn’t make it bad. The staff are friendly, the rooms are fairly large, clean, and everything works in some way. Considering the price per night, you get what you pay for, even though the rooms are a bit noisy.

I had an AC problem, but it was resolved with a new room right away. The hotel is on 7/11 opposite.

The location is great, the staff are very friendly, everything is clean, the room is large with a balcony, and for the price you can’t ask for more. The Wi‑Fi works, there’s parking, and overall it’s an excellent hotel; I’ll definitely return if I go back to Mukdahan. The only downside is that the water didn’t come out hot, but otherwise it’s a great place.

It was definitely a clean place and the front‑desk staff and cleaners were friendly. I was also impressed by the clearly marked fire exits, which seemed like someone had thought about this often overlooked aspect of hotel life. However, my shower only worked intermittently, so most of the time I had a cool shower. The hotel sits on a busy road, and the loose windows rattled with the noise of Thai exhausts. There was no light switch near the bed; only the big light was in the room.
