I was disappointed because the hotel I thought existed was actually just a bar with that name. The bar, called Laki banzaam, is real, but the hotel Lacky banzaam does not exist; the owner offers accommodation if I pay again.

When I arrived, they told me they didn't work with the booking platform I used and claimed someone else had opened an account in their name. I couldn't stay there and had to find another place. Later I learned the hotel does work with the platform, so I felt scammed. Negotiations dragged on, and they used the excuse that too much time had passed since my checkout date to refuse help. In short, booking through that channel might leave you unable to stay and without a refund.

The place was really nice, especially since it’s inside a smoke shop.

The location, staff, easy access, and the shop downstairs were great, but it’s just £15 for what it is.
