I arrived early, and the reception staff were courteous and excellent 👍.

Great hotel; I had a mini‑apartment that even had a washing machine. The staff were extremely kind, and when I arrived before check‑in time they let me use the room because it was available. The parking lot is large but uncovered, so cars and bikes are exposed to sun and rain. I suggest adding covers to protect vehicles from weather. The kitchen was beautiful but empty, so I recommend putting in some utensils. There was a washing machine, but no drying rack, so it’s not very functional.

The location, view, and convenience for traveling around northern Turkey are great. The downside is the distance from the center of Trabzon.

The place was clean and breakfast was great. The first thing is almost half an hour away from Tarabzoun; there is no daily housekeeping, many facilities are missing, and there is no kitchen area.
