“Buena estancia y repetiría sin duda”

The breakfast was delicious, very complete and had everything. The beds were super comfortable, which let us rest well. Overall the experience was amazing and I’d definitely come back. The only thing we didn’t like was that at night we could hear noise and shouting from the guests staying next door.

The hotel’s quality is solid, but it sits in the busy Es Arenal hotel district, and the late‑night ruckus from unruly, drunken guests makes it hard to sleep. The rudeness and discourtesy of the Saxon and Anglo‑Saxon crowds is a real downside.

“Disrespectful, bored staff setting negative tone”

The room was spotless, but the teenager at reception was unhelpful and seemed bored. He appeared annoyed during both check‑in and check‑out, saying “you can go now” without looking up from his screen, and he offered no thanks or “have a nice day.” The hotel’s location keeps it popular, yet if you value basic respect, manners, and courtesy, you might want to look elsewhere.

I highly recommend it: 10/10. Breakfast was very tasty, the room was clean, and the beach is just a 10‑minute walk away. The staff were very friendly and approachable, especially Mr. Adrian.
