The place is magnificent, with a very warm welcome; the rooms are spacious and clean. The garden and green spaces are beautiful, and the pool is gorgeous with a view of the orange groves. Breakfast is very complete, with a delicious orange juice. Dinners are very good, and everything was perfect; I recommend it 100 %. It is very well located for visiting Matera.

We found plenty to love about this place. Being our second visit to this part of Italy, its location was perfect for our car‑based exploration. Breakfast was tasty, especially the marmalade—absolutely fantastic—and dinner was also a treat you won’t regret. You could stay here forever, just bring a book, head to the pool, and unwind. The room was roomy and spotless. It seems like an ideal spot for a young family, thanks to the lovely playground and the pleasant grounds. Parking was secure, and the overall value was excellent. The host was wonderful—thanks for having us! On the downside, the shower drain got clogged on our last day, which happens sometimes. There were a few parties at the restaurant during our stay that were a bit noisy, but it was nice to be in a place locals enjoy events at, and they didn’t go too late. I’m not sure if that’s typical or just because we were a little off‑season.
