For those with commitments in the central area, this is a great alternative with good value for money. The room was dirty, the sink had hair from the previous occupant, and there was one fewer pillow set in the room. Otherwise, okay.

“Boa estrutura e ótima localização para quem ficará pelo centro.”

The staff were courteous, and the check‑in and check‑out were quick. The hotel’s location is great for those attending the Pelotas marathon, but it is a very noisy place with cars and people shouting on the street at night, which disrupts sleep. Also, the coffee could be improved by expanding the options.

“Ótimo custo benefício”

The breakfast was exceptional, the location was great, the rooms were spacious, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was a good size with a pleasant shower, and the reception staff were polite and helpful. The parking had few spots, so sometimes I had to wait for my car to be brought, but nothing that compromised the stay.
