“Very bad experience”
Honestly, I was really looking forward to my stay but it was a bit of a letdown. The service was pretty poor and the food wasn't great. That's pretty much the gist of it.

The property itself was nice, but that's about where the positives end. The food prices were way too high and the quality was subpar. To make matters worse, the service was super slow. Not a great experience overall.

The ambiance here is really something special, and the staff are super cooperative. That's pretty much all I have to say - it's a great vibe.

The location is fantastic - I mean, who wouldn't want a view of waterfalls? The food was good and affordable, and the staff were friendly. However, we did have some issues with power cuts and the bathroom. But, they did give us a separate room to use as a bathroom, so that's something.

This hotel really delivers for the price - we got two rooms for 4k and they were actually even nicer than the pictures, which is rare. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way for us, like making lunch at an odd hour and letting us stay an extra hour when we were exhausted. The food was also excellent. Overall, I'd say it's probably the best in Lachung.
