The location and the friendliness stood out, the beds were good and the heating worked well. Being in the room next to reception caused some shower filtering issues.

The location, breakfast, the staff were very friendly and the bed was good. There was a hole in the curtain… just a detail.

“Buena estadía, pero falta preocupación por la comodidad del huésped”

The location was the best part, in the center, letting us enjoy restaurants and attractions on foot. The overall experience was fine, but I think there are important aspects that could improve, mainly regarding guest comfort. When we arrived, the heating in the sector where our room was was off, so we spent the first hour in quite a cold. We had to call to ask for it to be turned on. A similar situation happened the next day around 17:00, when we again had to ask to activate the heating in that sector. It would be important to keep a proper temperature in rooms and guest areas, especially given the low temperatures in the area, without having to request it each time. Regarding breakfast, it was okay, but I think it could improve by adding hot options, especially eggs, which would make the offering more complete. These are relatively simple fixes that could significantly improve the experience and comfort of guests.

Cleanliness, location and staff friendliness were great. The breakfast is not a buffet.

“Lindo hotel , es cálido y la atención es buena , las recepcionista atenta y su dueño excelentes .”

Breakfast is well served, not abundant but good and tasty. The location is excellent, the bedroom and facilities are good and comfortable.
