The hotel was overall not comfortable for a stay… 1. Rooms are cramped 2. Bed linens are dirty 3. Toilets are dirty 4. AC not working properly 5. The reception intercom was activated in the morning but couldn’t connect to the front office/manager, room‑service intercom had no attendants, 6. The manager/front office staff were not polite; when I asked for breakfast at 8:30 am (included with my room), he said it would only be available after 9 am and we had to leave the hotel without breakfast, telling me we would not get a sandwich and tea because there was no staff, and when I asked why he didn’t accept the booking he said he didn’t, (OTA) had accepted it… Overall the staff were unprofessional.

The hotel's location was a major plus, right in the heart of the city. However, the parking situation was a real headache - it was cramped and chaotic, with no designated area for guests. We were called to move our car forward at 10:30 and 11 pm, which was a bit of a nuisance. The room itself was a bit cramped, with no cupboard to speak of, and we had to deal with another issue in the morning when our car got stuck behind two other vehicles.
