The property is awesome, neat and clean rooms, best part is location, right in the middle of the market near Bhrama temple; the owner is very nice, and the pool is awesome. Only need some room freshener.

The hotel is large, located at the start of the market, not in the Israeli area but we chose the spot, the owners are sweet and helped us with everything, even moving our gear and keeping it safe. The rooms are big and have everything you need. In terms of cleanliness it’s not the cleanest but it didn’t bother me at all. Overall, a rare stay.

“Clean, peaceful and very safe stay for solo female travellers”

I stayed at Elephant Hotel in Pushkar for four nights in a double room without breakfast or other meals included. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and there was reliable hot water. The decor is quite simple, with nothing particularly special, but the amenities are well maintained and clean. The property is tucked away in a quiet back area, making it a peaceful place to relax. The staff are friendly, and the two brothers who own the hotel are particularly helpful and speak good English. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe throughout my entire stay, which was a big plus for me. One of the best features is the location. There is a direct passage through the property that leads to the main market, making the local market, shops and restaurants easily accessible on foot. There is also a massage centre nearby where you can arrange a massage with a female therapist if you prefer. Overall, Elephant Hotel is an affordable, clean, quiet and well-located place to stay in Pushkar. I would recommend it to solo travellers, couples and families looking for a safe and peaceful base to explore the town. For the price, I was happy with my stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, comfortable and safe place in Pushkar. Not a negative thing, but the upper Text Box was full 🤭 One thing to keep in mind: this isn't a social hostel or a place to meet lots of other travellers. During my stay, I mainly saw solo travellers and families, and the atmosphere was calm rather than social. There is a large grassy area, a swimming pool and several seating options. However, the pool has no sun loungers, so there is nowhere comfortable to lie down or relax after swimming. If you're looking for a spa-style holiday or want to sunbathe in a bikini, this might not be the ideal choice, as the pool area is relatively exposed
