We were blown away by the warm welcome and flexibility of the owners, who really went the extra mile to make us feel at home. The house itself was a beautiful, spacious haven surrounded by nature, and we even spotted deer roaming around in the evenings. The farm was a bonus, with all sorts of animals to meet, including goats, horses, ponies, and chickens.

We were really impressed by the brand-new accommodation, which was set in a breathtaking natural setting. If I'm being picky, it would have been nice to have some basic toiletries like shampoo and gel, and a toaster and microwave in the kitchen would have been a bonus. We didn't use the TV, but it didn't seem to be working, which was a shame.

I was really impressed with the apartment, it was spacious, bright, and spotless. Unfortunately, the prices in Castelrotto are absolutely outrageous. We paid 50 euros for a meal in a pizzeria, which included two pizzas for 30 euros, tap water for 4.90 euros (which was just from the tap and had gas in it), a Coke for 5.80 euros, and two coffees for 3.40 euros. And that's not even mentioning the 1.80 euros per coffee in a bar. It's crazy, I won't be back.
