“Deberían especificar que obras están haciendo.”
The room was pretty decent, with comfy beds, a fridge, air‑conditioning, and a private shower, matching the picture; the price was reasonable since it was cheap for the area, but the building was under construction and chaotic. (We stayed with another person alone who paid more than twice for a similar room next to the kitchen). Check‑in was until 23:30, but I don't know why, because when you arrive you get a message with the keys, and when you get there the key is already on the door, and you never have to contact them again; we left the key when we left and that was it. They have adapters with Spanish plugs. The shower was great the first day but the rest was pretty cold (probably sharing a water heater with the communal bathroom next to ours). There was no shower gel, only hand soap and small towels. It was very noisy overall; other guests ran the washing machine at 00:00, showered at 07:00, and made a lot of noise in the lounge at those hours. I think they were long‑term stays because the entry shoe rack was full and the lounge table was full of food. The room fridge also made a lot of noise. When I booked, I received a message saying the building was under construction and the stairs might be a bit narrow with a large suitcase, in case I wanted to cancel, but when we arrived it was a mess: the entrance was full of construction material, dirty, and a washing machine; they were going to install an elevator, and the stairs were cut and had a loose railing, tied with threads and wood, which seemed dangerous to me; I doubt they could rent anything in Spain under those conditions. I assume everything will be fine once the elevator is installed. They also mentioned parking, but there was none.
