The location is really good, the hotel is clean and well-equipped, the city pool is a plus, and the buffet breakfast is very generous. The staff, however, were not smiling and became annoyed when we couldn't understand them; I want to point out that normally we are always happy with the staff who greet us and we generally get along well with the people.

The front desk was helpful and friendly, and I really liked the buffet because it offers many kinds of good food. The pool is very deep, so it's not suitable for people who only know basic swimming.

The pool is covered and always full of children, so it's not a place to relax if you're without kids. The fitness center needs a major overhaul; the equipment is failing and the free‑weight selection is unmanageable for serious weightlifters.
