I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The room condition was subpar, and the shower wasn't working properly. Although the staff did clean the room once after we requested it, their overall behavior was unhelpful. Given the issues we faced, I'd rate my experience 1 out of 10.

I appreciated the hotel's convenient location, close to the MTR and affordable Chinese restaurants. However, I found the rates to be steep for what was offered, especially considering the F1 competition in Singapore left no alternative options. To make matters worse, I was charged a 5% fee for using my credit card, and I wasn't given the option to pay in cash the next day. My stay was only 2 nights.

I enjoyed the hotel's proximity to bus stops, food places, and the stadium. The staff were friendly, and the room amenities, including towels, water, and soap, were satisfactory. The room itself was spacious enough for two people. However, I was a bit let down by the cleanliness and the uncomfortable bed, which had a sinking feeling. It's worth noting that the hotel was fully booked due to a nearby concert.
