“Lamentable scandaleux !!!!!!”

I did not enjoy anything; on the contrary, I was outraged. First, we spent the first night in a dirty old house that had nothing to do with what we had booked; they expected two adults, but we had booked for three. I had a "dust closet" with a ladder behind the door, and the mattress was awful! I slept on the sofa that night. There was no bathroom service except a used shampoo; the toilet towels were very dirty with recent stains—I’ve attached photos. We slept the first night because we arrived late, but the next day we went to the hotel to ask for an explanation, and they gave us a room and dared to call it the honeymoon suite. I have traveled a lot around the world, but I must admit this is the first time I’ve seen such a situation.

Great location for visiting the Smeralda coast, and the rooms are very spacious. A bit dated, it would need a refurbishment.

“Soggiorno in hotel migliorabile”

The restaurant is excellent, the staff are helpful and friendly, as is the owner. The hotel itself needs a review. Some investment could raise the level, such as providing refrigerators in the rooms and missing bathroom accessories. The owner is also helpful.

“Insomma”

The location is very convenient, easy to reach all spots on the Costa Smeralda. The parking is large, free, and part of the property. The room is big and spacious, and being next to the restaurant is handy. As soon as we arrived we found used contact lenses next to the bed and a used toothbrush in the bathroom. Cleaning needs improvement. The room was never redone, there were no curtains in the bathroom, and the window looked out onto a field and part of the hotel. Breakfast was arranged at the hotel’s restaurant. The room lacks a minibar fridge.
