Alsafina forest swimming pool was under maintenance, so the staff contacted me and suggested switching to another branch at Alsafina Kijal; they also allowed us to check in earlier, and I’m grateful for their good service! 👍✨

I was initially drawn to this hotel's charming forest atmosphere and comfortable rooms. However, the challenging road leading to the hotel was a major concern, especially for those with two-wheel drive vehicles. Additionally, the water pressure was painfully slow, which was a bit of a letdown.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. I felt like I had been scammed out of my money, and the experience was nothing short of frustrating. The hotel failed to deliver on even the most basic promises, leaving me feeling disappointed and disillusioned.

I enjoyed the hotel's natural ambiance and comfortable accommodations, plus the staff were very friendly. However, I did notice that the toilet had a strong unpleasant smell. Despite this, I appreciated the cozy atmosphere and welcoming service. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel - the pool was superb and the room and amenities were all top-notch. I'm already planning my next visit, especially since it's a great place to be during durian season. The hotel has everything you need for a relaxing stay.
