The room was very comfortable with a well-equipped bathroom. There was a coffee machine in the room. The accommodation is just a 10‑minute walk from the old Matera (Sassi). Parking is easy. The host is very friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast is very good and filling. Nothing else to note, everything was excellent.

The room is small but new, immaculate, with comfort details, great. The mattress and the large, new, functional bathroom are superb. Host Filomena scores 10 for service, tasty homemade breakfasts, advice and more, a perfect 10 for this place surrounded by plants and quiet, with this kind, educated, tour guide host who is attentive to guests' needs and does her job from the heart, 10!!!

Our host is fantastic, a person with great care, the terraces are good for reading and having breakfast, with Filomena’s good cakes. Pretty well located, 10 minutes from the center and Sasso Caveoso. Super bedding. But like in Matera, it gets hot 😄. The TV is a bit small and not connected.

The proximity to the SASSIS and restaurants within 10 minutes on foot is great. A large room with an attached bathroom. Breakfast is very well balanced and, above all, Filomena’s friendliness and good advice made our stay very pleasant. Nothing else to mention.

Philomena is a very welcoming host, who gives plenty of advice, is available and attentive. The room is spacious, you feel comfortable there. The accommodation is near the historic center yet a bit withdrawn. It’s perfect for parking and being quieter. Thanks again for the welcome and I apologize again for the key 🫣 See you soon in France!
