The rooms were big, spotless and came with a private sauna that felt like a real treat. Being right next to the ski lift made getting on the slopes a breeze, and the breakfast spread—fresh rolls and plenty of toppings—was tasty. The host was attentive and caring, so I’d definitely book again.

The spot was great, the village tidy and the apartment clean, and the host was really friendly; the sauna was also top‑notch. On the downside, the flat was tiny, offered barely any comfort, the bed was hard and the carpet in the bedroom was a bit of an eyesore.

Breakfast was solid and the hosts turned out to be the friendliest people I’ve met, while the ski area was huge and Westendorf itself is one of the prettiest towns I’ve visited, with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. The lodge was spotless and only a short walk to town, which was handy for a quick break. The only drawback was the room size and the beds—they were too small for two people and felt more suited to a solo traveler.

The owner was incredibly friendly, setting out a breakfast table each morning and checking if we needed anything else. The rooms were clean, albeit a little dated, and both the ski lift and the centre were within walking distance. The only let‑down was the pillows, which weren’t very comfortable.

The place had a real home‑like feel, which made the stay cozy and relaxed. The only downside was that there were no bottled drinks for purchase, which was a bit inconvenient.
