“Bel hôtel et belles suites avec vue… pour 2 personnes et pas 4 !”
We booked for four and confirmed the room would fit our family, but on arrival they told us the room was only for two and there was space for two more, yet nothing was provided for them. They handed us two 2 cm thick futons and left us to figure out how to get our kids to sleep, so we had to negotiate for more futons to avoid having them sleep almost on the tile. The suite turned into a family camping site. To top it off, the next room was having a party, and we had to call reception around 1 a.m. to stop the noise.
