The location was very good, and the staff were friendly; they let us check out late for free. However, the AC was off, so the room got a bit hot and we had to open the windows. There was no table space in the room or the toilet.

It was a real pleasure; the staff are so friendly and attentive, the bedding is great, there’s a beverage and snack elevator, and a small lounge right next to the reception to relax. The luggage service and the very pleasant terrace are nice, and the rooms are very clean and sound‑proofed. The shower works perfectly, with soap and shampoo provided. The value for money is impeccable. It’s just a few minutes from Sagrada Familia, Hôpital Saint Pau, and the Italian restaurant Bellebuon, which is truly delicious. A huge thank you to the staff, especially the lady who takes care of the rooms with a big smile, and also Thomas and the others—never seen such happy staff before.
