The team was incredibly helpful and welcoming. We had to cut our stay short because of a family emergency, yet they coordinated with the booking platform for an instant refund without any hassle. Breakfast was excellent, and the parking spot proved to be a real convenience while in Paris. Nothing else to mention.

The staff were friendly, the reception warm, and the room could comfortably fit four people; it was clean and cozy. Parking was available for two days, so I could leave my car overnight. The only issue was that one of the children’s beds moved a lot, but otherwise everything was fine.

Breakfast was really good with plenty of options, but the television didn't work.

The staff went above and beyond. The location was decent; we reached the Louvre in 5‑10 minutes and the Eiffel Tower in 15‑20 minutes by Uber. Breakfast was adequate, and I relied on Uber Eats for most lunches and dinners, which were delivered right to the reception. I parked my car in the basement, which felt quite secure. I stayed in Rooms 503 and 505; the rooms themselves were fine, but the corridor on that floor had a terrible smell that lingered for most of our three‑night stay. The air‑conditioner didn’t cool well, so we had to keep the curtains shut to regulate the temperature—especially in August when it was hot.
