What else can I say besides not staying here again? The hotel’s location is fine and the front‑desk staff are pleasant, but once you step into the room it’s a disaster. Dust everywhere, stained sheets (were they changed between guests?), a completely cracked sink, and an extremely dirty floor. Reading other reviews made me realize this isn’t an isolated case; there are repeated hygiene complaints. We tried to be understanding, but it still affected us. On the last night, my partner woke up to see a bed‑bug crawling on the mattress. She killed it and couldn’t sleep afterward. The next morning, with no night staff present, we were asked if everything was okay. We told them we’d found a bed‑bug. The manager was “shocked” and blamed our hygiene. He offered no compensation and repeatedly told us not to leave a negative review on Booking because it’s the best site for reservations. We were outraged by that demand without any compensation, which proved there was something to be reproached. After digging deeper into reviews, we discovered we weren’t the first to encounter this; if you don’t want to be infested, stay away!

The central spot is fantastic, the room is lovely and the beds are comfortable. There was a small patch of mould on the bathroom ceiling, but it wasn’t a major problem.

The location is great. The rooms are very small and there’s no private toilet inside.
