I would really appreciate a refund. We never actually stayed there; when we arrived we were told the property isn’t listed on Bookings.com and were asked to cancel our booking, which we did, yet we still haven’t received any refund. Scam. Stay away.

I liked that the walls of the property were high, giving a sense of safety and privacy. The beds were nice and the place was clean. The cleaning lady was very helpful. The people I called to see if I could check in earlier didn’t know about me, and there was a lot of confusion about who to call because KIOMA owns two properties. The housekeeper had to basically check me in and call the manager to see if I could stay. At night there was a constant loud sound that went on and off, probably the water pumps. When I checked out the gardener had to open the gates for me, so I never saw the property manager.

Everything was good. The host communicates very well. The room was clean and organized. Shower pressure was good. The rooms are in a gated yard, so it feels safe. Genuinely loved it; I would come back.
