The owner was incredibly kind, offering suggestions on what to see on Sunday and always ready to help with anything. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to escape the city and everything. Some guests don’t respect sharing the pool or common areas, but that’s not a fault of the property—just human nature. Not all guests can keep the volume down and coexist peacefully, so keep that in mind.

The structure is very pleasant, the apartments are spacious and well furnished, and the location is quite strategic if you want to visit villages or towns like Alba or Bra; breakfast is excellent. In something we could improve: the information does not specify that lunch must be booked in the morning, which forced us to move elsewhere to eat. The air conditioning is a bit noisy, but if you turn it off and open the windows you are awakened early in the morning by someone preparing breakfast. A small problem at checkout, with a charge for two beers from the fridge bar that were never consumed, but they were promptly removed.

The setting is soothing, everything is clean, the bedding is quality, and the view of the pool is magnificent. The breakfast lacked a bit of Piedmontese specialty.
