“lovely hotel with lovely staff”

The lobby was beautiful and the staff were very friendly; the rooms were a good size with comfy beds, but the place was quite warm, the main lights failed, the window wouldn’t stay open, and it was a bit hard to reach safely.

“Would definitely stay again, really great value for money and most importantly it was super clean.”

The building looked nice and still held up well despite needing some updates; the room was spotless and the bathroom was large, clean, and had a shower that was a bit rubbish but also a bath; the beds were slim but had extra duvets for comfort, though the pillows were too large and made sleeping uncomfortable; nighttime noise from the next room and outside people could be heard, which is expected in the city centre.

The location was perfect and a bit eccentric, but I wouldn’t pick a room with no windows again; I’d take a regular one next time.

“Thank you”

Great location, easy to access. We had a room with no windows and, despite having a fan the room was exceptionally hot and a bit uncomfortable, especially trying to sleep. Maybe some air conditioning in rooms with no windows would work better

“If you can get it cheap it’s fine for a bed but the room isn’t good.”

The bed and pillows were pretty comfy, and the hotel sits in the city centre surrounded by alleyways full of undesirables; the lobby was nice and the staff were friendly. However, the room was falling apart: switches and lights didn’t work, paint was chipped everywhere, the taps behaved oddly and the water seemed colored, there was no plug by the bed, and Lana’s didn’t work.
