I returned to my room 50 minutes before checkout only to find housekeeping had already entered and cleaned it; my belongings were still in the cabinets and the TV was on. I hadn’t checked out yet. Management admitted the staff had entered the wrong room but said no belongings were visible, which I found unacceptable. I spent about 30 minutes dealing with the mistake, and the hotel only refunded the destination fee and related taxes, telling me to contact the booking site for the rest. This raised serious concerns about guest privacy and how the hotel handles errors.

The hotel is in a convenient spot, and I liked the complimentary tea, water, and snacks. However, the rooms are quite dark and unpleasant, the decor feels tired and dated, and the property overall needs modernisation. If I’d known the rooms were in that condition, I wouldn’t have booked.

I was able to borrow a recharging cable from the front desk, but the shower stall was the smallest I’ve ever stood in, so I’m lucky I’m not a big person. There was no hair conditioner in the shower; when I checked out, the front desk told me I could have asked for it. They always have a pump dispenser next to the shampoo, so the lack of one was silly.
