The location is excellent. The room is flawless and fully equipped with a coffee maker, fridge, smart TV, etc. Tap water is available on demand, both still and sparkling. The reception was truly amazing. The staff are fantastic, give great advice and are very attentive. I recommend it! Nothing to complain about.

If you need a safe spot that honestly shows its location, this isn’t it—it’s a 20‑minute walk from Spezia Centrale with luggage, at the very end of the avenue, in a very old building on a neglected street; the entrance doesn’t clearly indicate the floor and the building administrators are quite rude, apparently displeased that tourists rent there, the street is deserted at night and the building feels scary. The only thing we liked was the newly renovated interior, but you have to keep the curtains closed, the view looks onto a dirty convenience store, I found hair on the bed and the bathroom lacks an extractor fan.

Everything we needed was there. The staff were friendly. The location was convenient. Everything was very good.

They had a kit for my puppy—cage, bowls, biscuits. There was a strong sewage smell 24/7, the elevator doesn’t reach the floor, the building is dilapidated, and the room was very small.

Everything was perfect: communication, location, and the room matched the online listing. The receptionist was absolutely amazing and a credit to the business. The man in the small room on your right downstairs—who we think isn’t part of the apartments upstairs—was rude and very unfriendly when we asked for directions. He should cover his window so people can’t see him.
