The bed was super comfy and I slept like a log! Veronica welcomed us warmly and gave solid local tips. It was handy to be able to request beach towels. Overall, good value for money. Parking is first‑come, first‑served and can get tight.

We were a mum and son. The room we paid for was changed and downgraded. When I asked, I had to stand my ground to get the family room we had booked; staff kept insisting all rooms were the same, yet someone booked the family room three hours after we paid and the staff wanted to give it to them. We started packing to leave the downgraded room. I had photos of the exact family room we saw online and insisted on it. When we checked out, another staff member tried to justify that they give the family room to larger families. Don’t list it online if you plan to change rooms before arrival.

The staff were very friendly, the property was spotless and comfy, and the location was quiet—perfect for families near a lovely café, beach and aquarium. Nothing else—everything was perfect for our family.

Very close to the beach, food outlets, cafés, etc. Great for doing laundry, comfy with a kitchen. We had to buy a dishcloth for washing dishes, and the shower was a bit slippery.
