The front desk staff are super friendly! The noise is a problem: music plays until very late on the street, people shout, and the tram passes by, making it hard to rest. The location is very good, but the traffic and noise are overwhelming.

I chose this hotel mainly because it was close to the ITM University where the event I attended was held, and that decision proved right. However, the internet service was unusable during my 2‑night stay, with speeds below 1 MB, so I had to rely on my phone data to get through the tasks that required online access.

From the moment we arrived, Mrs. Carolina greeted us with a warm, family‑like attitude, the room was spotlessly clean and offered a great view, and we felt very safe; I would definitely recommend it. Everything else was fine.
