“Ottima scelta a Sassello”

The location was excellent for good hikes, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and both breakfast and dinner were superb. The only downside was the lack of an electric kettle in the room and a hairdryer that could be better.

“Una notte sull'appennino ligure in un posto da favola”

It was truly a dream… I’d seen it while passing through the town, always thought I’d go, and it lived up to the hype. We had dinner, which was amazing, slept like royalty, and the breakfast was generous and delicious with cakes, yogurt, jams, fresh fruit, and savory items… a double coffee was fantastic, and unfortunately we left early. Nothing really went wrong; it was so great, even the pool was nice, though a bit chilly, so we only looked at it.

The room was very spacious, as was the terrace. Plenty of parking and the staff were all helpful. Breakfast was average; even a three‑star hotel doesn’t usually offer such a savory spread. Unfortunately, what should have been a highlight turned out partly. the restaurant. Even there it had ample space, a wide menu, and an extensive wine list, all good so far. But ordering the mixed Piedmontese fried dish was a terrible idea; it was the worst I’ve ever had—dry, half‑baked, and bland. Likely cooked too early and then cooled.

L'emplacement, la piscine, le lieu, le calme, très bien insonorisé, la petite terrasse privative, la gentillesse du personnel, la qualité du restaurant. La décoration un peu vieillotte mais c'est un détail
