The place had a very good location, but the bathroom and room were both very small.
The spot is great—just a short walk or bus ride from the center. It takes 18 minutes on foot to the train station that connects to the airport. The room was very clean, had a coffee machine, smart TV, and a balcony with a calm view, perfect for a morning coffee.
The place is flawless! The location, welcome, cleanliness, traveling for work, basically you feel at home. On a hot, humid day you hit 24 degrees and I guarantee it’s more than pleasant. Water and coffee are available at will. Top! Highly recommended

Responsiveness. Despite it was weekend AND platform made a series of mistakes and oversold non-existing features of the place, someone from the Host side did show up to meet us. WORST OVERSELL experience of 30y + booking with this platform. Platform DID NOT ALLOW US TO BOOK anything 2hours, finally this place was possible to book, which was a TOTAL MISMATCH OF OUR NEEDS - set in the platform filters. 1. Platform listed and sold this place as HOTEL ROOM with private bathroom versus the reality of a TINY SMALL ROOM hosted privately! 2. Platform listed this place as with private bathroom vs. the reality of reaching this bathroom via a hallway shared by several other rooms! 3. Platform listed this place as within 500m walking of centrum vs. reality of about 2-3km away possible to approach with a bus taking much more time in the heat - AND the bus did not work, about which we were not informed by the otherwise responsive hosts 4. Place was listed as with garden vs reality is that the garden is 4. Host DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH, they said that the daughter does speak it, but I was not sure since NONE OF AGREED ACTIONS HAPPENED EVER. 5. One moment they seemed to understand us, another they either just said yes whilst doing no, OR LIED in our face of doing several steps towards to help us ahead and settle the case. We WILL NEVER KNOW WHICH. 6. WE LOST 1 FULL DAY - all our time planned for the city (we had a total 10d for the Island) 7. WE LOST the full EUR 150 FOR NOTHING SINCE WE DID NOT TOUCH THE ROOM AFTER LOOKING INTO IT! 7.a. Host wanted to 'share the burden (we said WTF) 7.b. Platform offered a mindbklowing EUR 11.50 to compensate us. (LoL & WTFFF) 8. Price of EUR 150 for 1 night for 2 people in Palermo, Sicily the most Southern area of the country, for a TINY ROOM where you cannot go to early morning pee without seen by others - IN LOW SEASON! is a FUCKery in plain sight = EQUALS TO A true AND REAL RIP-OFF OVERSELL by Platform LEGALLY: Hotel guests have the right to refuse a room if not according to requested wishes. NOONE CAN SELL SOMONE STH THE POTENTIAL BUYER DO NOT WANT. DO NOT -TRY TO- FOOL GUESTS!
