The spot’s fantastic, just two streets from St. Pancras and King’s Cross, and for the price it was a solid deal; public transport was easy and Camden Market was a short walk. The room looked old, the floor had heavy wear with holes, and on the top floor the water pressure dropped and stopped at one point—probably because too many people used it.

The spot was convenient from King's Cross, but the room felt cramped, with worn trim and an old feel; the door only had a basic Yale lock and no internal chain lock.

I liked that it was walking distance to both kings cross station and st pancreas. There was loads of places to eat and local buses 5 minutes walk from hotel. I didn't like that it had no lift and the walls were super thin so you could hear folk walking up and downstairs and a couple were having a fight at 1 am in the morning. We were up at 5am to catch our train so not much sleep I recommend ear plugs. The twin room was pretty small for 2 adults but we managed
