The place doesn’t exist; the staff told me at the last minute that it was closed until February. I had booked and confirmed through Booking, but they claim they had communicated their unavailability for reservations 😱.

“Bella e da tornare.”

I’d say it’s a nice spot, very rustic, maybe it could be kept better, at least tidier with some adjustments. The rooms have the essentials; there was no wardrobe, so we’d say it’s suitable for 1 to 2 nights max. The owners are available but a bit awkward. The place could be better highlighted because it’s in the middle of a forest with plenty of space. The price is fair. For directions, follow Maccoli‑Perrillo, via A. Manzoni, then turn right after a football field; otherwise the navigator will lead you on a narrow path. The only issue is that free‑roaming animals, especially puppy‑sized dogs, were always around. Maybe it’s staff, but they wouldn’t let you sit or walk for more than 20 seconds without them being in your shoes.
