The design and breakfast are great, but the elevator requires a card to use.

The staff’s courtesy is truly fantastic, but unfortunately the location is in a not‑so‑pretty area.

From the reception, both ladies were outstanding in customer service, followed by great hospitality and an overall pleasant stay. Nothing to complain about.
