The reception, service, staff friendliness, location and pool were all great, but the shower was just too narrow.

We really didn’t like it at all – the rooms were old, filthy and stuffy, the duvet brushed the floor which would irritate anyone with allergies, the shower was so cramped we couldn’t even locate it at first, only one towel was provided for two people, there were no paper slippers, and the service lacked any care, so a smile alone wasn’t enough.

The outdoor area, garden and pool were nice. Nothing unusual.

The staff were very kind, the exterior was very pretty, but the rooms are dated. The location is good for those wanting to visit Naples and surroundings. Breakfast is minimal but good. The rooms are old and should be renovated.
