The room was very clean, the beds comfortable, there was a kettle for tea or coffee in the room, the bathroom was spotless, and it was quiet for sleeping. The reception staff gave excellent information on places to visit, which bus or tram to take, etc. The young man was very competent and friendly. Many restaurants nearby. Excellent starting point for Lisbon.
