“Very much disappointed”

We are totally disappointed with this hotel. I booked a room for 2 days. My check in time was 12.30pm. When we reached there, they told us that the booking was cancelled at 12:15 pm. We booked the room 5 days before the check in date but were not even informed about the cancellation. Also the staff behaviour was very rude to us. We then had to find another hotel to stay and moved to there. I would rate 1/10 for this hotel. We are totally disappointed with this hotel. I booked a room for 2 days. My check in time was 12.30pm. “I will not recommend this hotel anymore.”

The hotel is situated in a convenient location, with easy access to both the metro and the railway station. Unfortunately, after my stay at the hotel, I developed severe skin irritation and other skin problems. I believe this may have been caused by bed bugs in the room. As a result, I now need to seek medical advice and treatment. Furthermore, the hotel did not provide basic amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, or even a bottle of drinking water, which was quite inconvenient during my stay

After another visit, I stayed here again and the location was good, management was efficient, everyone was helpful, especially at South Park, and the staff behaved very well. Nothing negative to report.

Nothing to say positively. The room was infested with bed bugs. When I finally complained, they moved me to a new room, but that room also had insects.

The cleaning was satisfactory. The room was very small, the AC didn’t work properly, Wi‑Fi was terrible, only one towel was provided and soap was missing. Even the AC fan was on, yet it felt hot.
