Everything is spotless and very comfortable. The receptionist and the team are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious. The kitchen sink tap is too close to the tabletop, so the water drips onto the floor; please fix that.

Even though the front desk isn’t staffed all the time, Ms. Lizza is extremely helpful and kind, and arranging a last‑minute taxi was a lifesaver—thank you so much. The only downside is the noise from kids on weekends.
