The spot was good, but the room itself smelled, the pillows were flat, and we only received three towels for four people.

The pool was lovely, breakfast ran until 10 am, the place was clean and in a great spot, but the front‑desk gentleman completely messed up our reservation and I spent hours trying to fix it with no success.

The room was spotless, the walk‑in shower was superb, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was standard but included, and traveling alone felt safe; the view of the River and Riverwalk was a pleasant surprise and the sunset was wonderful. The only downside was the carpets: at check‑in they mentioned needing access for AC work and carpet cleaning, but I wasn’t told beforehand, and the carpets stayed dirty even after cleaning, with stains that would need replacing.
